Please note that the database is now closed for submissions. The form below has been left for archival purposes, but doesn't accept new submissions. Many thanks to all who participated.

Please submit an inconsequential moment that passed in New York City that deserves a funeral. All moments are published in the Gallery of Moments. Some moments will be included in the Funeral Manual which participants in the Psy.Geo.Conflux will use to perform funerals on Saturday, May 15th, from 10AM - 12 noon.

Your moment will have a greater chance of being published in the Funeral Manual and included in the performance if:

• you enter the correct address (we have to be able to travel there!)
• your moment is exceptionally inconsequential, boring, unremarkable, unusable, non-functional, commonplace, prosaic, or routine AND YET somehow you remembered it

Please submit as many moments as you like.
